This national survey follows on from the 2024 audit and aims to collect data about Cognitive Neurology Services across the UK. The focus of this audit is to determine the growth and trajectory compared to the 2024 data, and to identify the likely barriers to adoption of new DMTs in the UK.

Where the questions across the survey are directly comparable, we will match and prepopulate your answers based on previous submission for your email address. Please check any filled entries are still valid for your organisation. If you have moved to a new organisation since the last survey, please contact webmaster@dementiadata.com to have a new survey entry created.

Once you have signed up, you will be sent a link to enter data about your hospital or department, and you will receive access to the data we collate across your ICB/region when the survey closes. We ask that only one person from each centre enters their data where possible.
